Relax. Stay off the scales!
We do not GAIN weight as fast as you are hoping to lose it. How long did it take you to get out of shape, to gain whatever weight you now wish to lose? Give yourself at least that long while working out and eating right to see some real results.

Hang in there and keep it up. :)

You should be losing weight unless you are eating too much and/or are eating the wrong type of foods.

If you're not eating properly either then you won't loose the weight.
- If you're eating too much then obviously all that exercise is a waste then.
- If you're eating to little sometimes your body reacts by storing your fat 'cause it isn't sure when the next meal is coming.

Also, it depends on your training plan as well, cardio (exercise that gets your pulse going) is the best for loosing weight while weights/stretches are better for muscle toning and strengthening.

Also the if you're already an okay weight then it might be hard and take longer to work off those few extra pounds.

You could always go to your doctor or a nutrisionist and/or personal trainer for advice or if you're concerned.

What time are you exercising at, when are you eatng, is your diet in order and what kind of exercise are you doing ?

Best Answer

Weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise. The fact that you exercise is great, but you need to cut all sugar and almost all simple carbs from your diet. If you do that, you will lose weight.
