Get some die for men it comes in a small tube and you can reuse it many times,use a small eye brow brush to put it only on the eye brow hairs leave it for 15 min. carefully take a papper towel and take it of and wash you eyebrows with a little soap and water,It works so good you will love the resaults.

Really i reckon your natural colour is best..Why change it?..I think they would probly bleach some colour out of the brows (carefully of course) and then add some hair colour type stuff to achieve the chestnut colour.
Be wary of any chemicals used by hairdressers is my advice as it might look good but be a bit toxic..
My bet would be that your beautiful enough the way you are but its your decision so do what makes you happy..The basic principle is that you cannot lighten a darker colour (black) to a lighter colour (chestnut),without first removing at least some of the black..Then comes the replacement chestnut.
