I went to bed at 10 pm and it's now 1 in the morning and I still haven't fallen asleep yet! and I have school tomorrow! :(

Turn stuff off and do something quiet for a bit :)<br />

If you are laying in bed getting frustrated because you can't sleep it will only make it worse. Get out of bed, do something really quiet for 15-20 mins and then lay down and try it again. Stay away from electronics like tv, computer, phone because they stimulate the brain making it more difficult to go to sleep.
