Who cares! Pimples on a butt is nothing to be ashamed about. Trust me, he won't notice them! If he's a good lover and he loves you, he will be so into you that he will see only a cute butt. Your pimples will figuratively disappear from his sight. Trust me, a cute butt with pimples is still a cute butt!
Take it from a man who adores butts. I've seen many butts in my lifetime and almost all of them had pimples on them. So what? Who cares? I kiss their butts, and rub my thing all over it, and don't care if there are pimples there. I kiss her butt to let her know that I adore her, every inch of her, imperfections and all! If you were perfect, you'd be a goddess and not be here on earth. :)

go to skin doc, may just be acne from sweat or could be rash, get checked out, proactiv, works for backne, get ck'd out.

Treat them mild acne medicine, the skin on your butt is probably sensitive. As for your boyfriend are you worried he'll think it's gross? You're a flesh and blood girl, not a barbie doll. If he's a decent guy he'll understand that. If he doesn't then that's his problem.

Go to a dermatologist. He will prescribe you a medicine that works much more quickly than home remedies or the creams that you see advertised on TV.
