I've had several websites tell me my username or password are wrong. I check and they're not wrong. Possible causes?

Oftentimes clearing your browser cache, then refreshing the page will solve this problem.
Always make sure that your login is via a secure website. (The address will begin with https:// )
Consider using a free Password Manager program.
Having the same password for all of your sites is definitely unsafe.Like (1)

As stated, caps and num lock could be the problem. Also, you might have a dusty keyboard or some other keyboard issues. If you have an extra keyboard lying around, try it.

Dear conceptualclarity,I think your problem emanates from your unfortunate choice of the tornado for your picture, and being in the 51-55 age group. Both are my choices too.Not being 51-55,sorry,that was an error.I would not chose to be 51-55,its just a fact I cannot avoid.I should have said both are my choices one. No,that too is an error, because two toos ago was a too, rather than a two.I hope this has clarified the situation.
