Write them down. Then you can keep them or distroy them and it is a way of getting them out if you can not talk to people. Or you can write them and give them to someone you want to tell. Pick songs that relate to how you feel. Listen to the lyrics and how they describe emotions. Read poetry or other people's blogs, it will help you to visualize your own emotions, buy listening to others you can learn how to better express yourself.

Have you tried keeping a journal? That is a great way to espress you emotions. It often helps just to write things down. You can also talk to a trusted friend or family member. Someone that you can trust not to make you feel silly or foolish for talking about your emotions.

go out with the person often so that you will be used to talk to that person and you'll learn how to pour your emotions to others.

Try not to ask how simply verbalize how you feel. Try to talk or type to someone whom will support and not judge you and in time it will get easier.
