Now that you realize it, you can focus on your problem. Most women don't care about the facts, but are focused on emotion.
How are you showing your caring and commitment in this situation. Figure out a way not to be "right" but to be loving and devoted.

Dude!! It took you this long to figure that out?! I guess you didn't have any older sisters.. I pretty much figured that out by puberty. Don't even bother. Just state your position and walk away. Far more effective. Women can't stand that tactic.
