Japanese diet is really the healthiest in the world. Aside sushi, do you know anything about that cuisine?
A group of friends are in Japan since 2009, and all of them are now wayyyy healthier than they were before leaving. Weight, cholesterol levels, healthy bowels and stomach, pretty skin, everything. Japanese are just as stressed out as we are, they work like crazy, drink and smoke, they have pollution, party all night and barely have any day off. Still, they have the longest life expectancy ever!
It's all about what they put in their plate! It truly makes all the difference. A lot of veggies, little red meat and mostly fish. Seaweeds, soy, steam cooking, smaller portions, tea, etc.
Would you be willing to try that diet and see the difference it would make on your health?
