Jelly Makers Arise! Okay, so no matter that I don't force my blackberries through the sieve and cheesecloth but just let
the juice flow through, I STILL don't have the sparkling clear jelly. Oh, it tastes wonderful but what more can I do to get that state fair quality???
BTW, folks who eat commercially made jelly... homemade is SO MUCH tastier. You just have to taste the difference and, no, I don't ship... lol :p
