1.you need to have good pair of BASIC SHOES dont spend more money you will get nice ones in normal price range .
2. you need to have good pair of supporters ( UNDERWEAR SUPPORTERS ) used specially by sports persons.which help to provide support to your balls and lower back grip .
3. start slow and relax and do intense walking when you are unable to jog . repeating jogging and intense walking and again jogging and intense walking increases your stamina .(COMBINATION OF INTENSE WALK AND JOGGING )
4 most important thing is concentrate on your breathing .dont open your mouth if you do , you will fill your stomach with air which is not good thing you cannot run when your stomach is filled with air , so take deep breathes with your nose , DONT OPEN YOUR MOUTH while JOGGING or RUNNING.
5. DETERMINATION .

jog a bit faster...but be careful of shin splints.. ;-)
