Just things in general. Cleaning, house work to study and things I even enjoy doing. I find them difficult to go and do out of a combination of apathy and .lethargy

cleaning: just do it, put some music in the background, or if your like me you can try setting time records, or make it into an elaborate equation house work: same concept. study: i tend to constantly watch educaional videos, and surround myself with intelectuals and idiots.

be focus and concentrate on things that are important to you. you can write it down on a sticky notes and write there the things that you want to achieve e.g need to pass an exam! then enumerate the things that you'll need to do for you to be determined and focus! aim high and have faith!

Well then you'll get tired of consequences . I don't mean to make light of your good question . I'm saying it because I'm subject to that behaviour. make yourself.. if and when some of those things become habit then you got it whipped. . but then it's the next one. it's life. life is based on attitude sometimes. just gave it and say ya gotta do what you gotta do. I've found if you just do it some of those dreary things become almost unnoticeable because the good habit is like sleepwalking. You do it on your sleep almost

It helps if I have an interest or evan better a passion for it. If I don't then I try to develope one for it. If that doesn't work I wait for a spacific time, place or mind set and do my best.
