I doubt that you're untraceable, now if the authorities were having a slow day they could find him. Silly person!

He'll get found out soon enough on his own, and offered a job, most likely.

don't ever let him near your own computers or home network again.
change all of your own passwords immediately.
back up all your computers onto a usb drive
wipe all your systems and rebuild them from the O/S up, with *tough* passwords, using encrypted storage, then reload your private data, except for the ****.
keep a secure backup someplace where HSA won't find it or seize it.

I will tell you this, as he doesn't know that his activity will be traced sooner or later, so to delete all and stop these kind of action he will get convicted of a lot as secret info like this make a hell a lot of years to spend on jail, just do advice him before it gets worse.

I'd say call the authorites but I know with family that's hard.
Tell him that he has 1 week to stop and delete information before you call the authorities saying you have good reason to suspect he's doing that, if he stops and deletes they won't find anything when they look. If not it was his choice to break the law.
