I have 3 nice cars myself, a sports car , a sedan, and truck. All beautiful and I paid cash so no payments. It was what I wanted, men always comment on the sportscar. It does not really matter as long as they are clean.

honestly, i'd like to say it wouldn't impress me but it would. because it will show if the guy is working, has a good job, and it will show if he's supported or independent. the quality of the car will also shed some light on the guy, if its updated, again with the job, if its old but clean thats fine, but if its old, beat up and dirty he must party and hes no responsible. i wouldnt want a guy who called me up asking for a ride. and if he picks me up it will show me how much he wants to spend time with me :) of course i have a man with a vehicle, two, one he gave to me :)

As a girl who was raised by a bunch of men, I would have to say the car a man drives can ultimately determine his character. Yes, its the person driving that matters but how a guy treats his car ( how clean it is, scratches, dents etc) shows a certain amount of character. Now I don't really care if it is a sports car or a truck. There are times in my life where I am incredibly impressed by a car and am not impressed by the owner and how he maintains the car. Its how he takes care of his car and how he treats his car that matters. It shows how responsible a person really is. My dad always told me that " A guy that can't take care of his car properly, won't take care of his family properly." --> he was right

i'd appreciate the vehicle for the eye appeal of it
but a car doesn't make the man...if thats what you mean by impress.

I'd love to have my own pick up truck but living in central London makes that kinda stupid - still want one though.

Nice, but not necessary. The types of cars I admire, I could purchase for myself. The guy himself is much more important.

I scoff at trucks. Especially big trucks. It means the guy is an idiot.

in the way you mean, car/truck should not matter. it's the personality and you know all that :)
