    I bring a pillow, a big fluffy cardigan and kick of the shoes.

    my lady puts her head in my lap and her feet are out the window..:) she always falls asleep when we go for a long ride...its sweet to see her asleep

    I am always more comfortable with shoes on.
    No one cares about your feet.

    I have my shoes off. Sometimes socks, sometimes bare foot. But if I'm driving for long distances, I hate wearing shoes.

    If it's a planned long journey I probably won't even put shoes on to walk to the car......but yes shoes off straight away.
