Thank you. I've had a few occaisions where I've wanted to ask but I never have. It seems I'm just a bit too self conscious.

Not usually. But there are some men who have a creepy aura about them, and no matter what they ask or how they address you, warning bells go off. If you're a male with a creepy aura, learn how to turn it off.

I'd quite like to be able to turn on a creepy aura now and again, just for fun. I've actually tried in the past but I just come across as imbecile when I do that.

A man I was dancing with asked me what perfume I was wearing...he said he liked it....and I had to explain that I wasn't wearing perfume. The rude so-and-so then told me it must be the liquor on my breath he was smelling. I wanted to stomp on his foot.

Ah yes but you're a woman. I've always been worried that a man doing the asking would look a tad creepy.

lol... yeah, perfumes disgust me. I'm not a girly girl by any means. I'd rather spend money on things I NEED... instead of a $50 bottle of nonsense :)

I can see I've been far too reserved for too long. Unfortunately I've never had the front to ask a woman before if she'd mind me asking either.

No! The reason they ask is, because they like the odor. Body odor and perfume change the outcome of the brand whether expensive or not. This is why there are so many of them. The good ones are the ones that change throughout the day. I tell them the brand. I wear expensive, and inexpensive because of the smell.

Are all of those cheep ones that you can get from market stalls for about 50p a bottle BAD? Do the expensive ones justify their cost? I'm only asking out of ignorance.

I wouldn't be offended, there is nothing rude about curiosity. I would tell them it's probably my deodorant as I don't wear perfume.

Actually I dislike MOST perfumes so the chances are it would be DAZ washing powder or something of that nature.

No, I spend a lot of money on buying the best brands money can buy so I'd be flattered....just kidding I don't actually have that much money to spend on just perfumes alone :P I wish I did though >.<
