    Life is not only limited to parents and city we are born in. Life is way more than that and even though there might be fate involved, it needs our input... and it remains a mystery to be solved.

    Before we come into life we plan out all the experiences and challenges we want to face for our spiritual advancement right down to who or parents are, what kind of a body we want, who we are going to merry in life, where we live, etc. We don't get to choose the outcomes because it is how we handle everything that matters. But ultimately the goal is just to survive life, then our physical body eventually shuts down and we go back home to the Other Side.

    Why does the fact we can't choose our parents or city of birth indicate some sort of pre determination? I don't get it.
