    Yes 65 lbs over last year. Back to 34 inch waist pants.

    I just lost 65 lbs this past year. Without exercise. Just a hint for you: Don't let yourself lose much more a week than the 2.8 lbs. It's not healthy or safe. 1 to 2 lbs a week is about the best bet.

    focus less on weight... and 3 pounds in a week is too fast.

    You should focus more on having a healthier lifestyle by exercising more and eating a balanced and more nutritious diet, avoiding empty calories except when treating yourself.

    Nope. I'm the heaviest I've ever been and totally okay with it. I'm 6' 4 and 170 lbs.
