Not many men get there lower backs tattooed alone. If they do then they dont flaunt them so I doubt they are labelled as anything.

Men don't get them because men don't run around town with a bare middle. Females who do run around town with a bare middle get tramp stamps. They are called that as a characterization of women who run around town with a bare middle.

tramp stamps. its not demeaning its accurate I used to be a tattoo artist and the truth stings but 85% of the teenage girls that get them are indeed tramps who had actually offered 'favors' in gratitude for a job well done... I never reciprocated...
