MS003 - How does water therapy work? (not in swimming but drinking water)?

Water Therapy is drinking 1.25 liters of water after you wake up in the morning and before taking any solid food. This is to flush the empty stomach (to clean it). The food eaten the night before is already digested and its nutrients being absorbed in the small intestine. The water taken in hastens the absorption of the food into the blood stream. The additional water makes the blood diluted making it easy to remove toxic materials and waste matters from the cells. The kidneys can easily extract these materials from the diluted blood. After a little over one hour of taking in water, one urinates. After 30 minutes, another urination. And after another 30 minutes, most likely, all the 1.25 liters of water taken in just come out of the body as urine.

One can take solid food 30 minutes after taken in the last glass of water. By this time, the stomach is empy and the water just pass to the small
