I think he's trying to ask if we think girls are getting stronger than guys these days, since he sees a lot of them lifting guys in videos on the net?

Quick answer: It's getting more socially acceptable for a strong girl to go ahead and use her muscles, instead of pretending to be weak all the time. There *may* also be a bit of a situation these days where young guys are more interested in things like video games than participating in sports or working out, while girls spend more time doing physical activities.

But strictly speaking? I don't think anything has changed with basic genetics. Men are capable of being stronger than women in the ultimate sense (looking at who lifted the most weight to set world records in various types of lifts, etc.).
