I know some people that have meal replacement Shakes WITH their Meal. It depends on the Person. There is no Substitute for DETERMINATION. :)

I tried them and they no good. U will end up massively hungry, feel empty, want to pig out later and get a big headache. I tried it and bcause of no solid food, I had a massive headache ALL day. And I lost no weight... oh and u will p.ee p.ee all day too. All that liquid

i wouldn't because they do work but don't teach you how to each healthy.. you can get the same results eating clean food.. by teaching yourself to eat healthy you can maintain the weight loss, because once you stop the shakes, you will go back to your old habits and put even more weight back on.. also eating regularly clean food boosts your metabolism which is what you need to be doing
