Meeting new people?

About in 3 weeks my friends is hosting a party. I am trying to determine whether I should go or not. I would like to look great, and feel confident. Any diet tips? Also is there anything you can tell me to say in my head so when and if i go I don't shy away from the crowd?

Just be you and you will shine,,,being shy and just unsure is enough to scare you right out of going,,,now your friend they will be there so can't you feel safe with them,,,talk about things that interest you,,,also some deep breathing exersize can help relax you a bit,,,I hope you go and have a great time,,,Love and Light Mary

switching from sodas to more water is a small change but can have big results...especially when you first start.

For the diet: move a bit more every day, plus drink lots of water, but not too much..
Here's a protip: Smile! Not like quirky way, but be friendly and polite, and if it is not weird, then smile!

Yes, you should go. Parties are always great ways to meet new people, and possibly friends.
You really shouldn't worry about being shy. If it's a big party, everyone just gets along with everyone. You could walk up to any random person and start a conversation with them. In a few minutes, you two could be best friends.
Just be yourself, remember to have fun, and don't do anything you'd regret.
