She's a few months older than I and we've known each other for about four years now. Any advice? By the way, I'm a girl. But yes, I would say I do love her.

Your question tickled me because I have something vaguely similar to your situation. A few months ago I met with an online friend I've been talking to for 12 years. I never met her because she lives in Singapore and I lived in the United States. She came out to visit and I had a great time with her.
Given your situation, I suppose I'd say try not to go in with any expectations. The higher the bar, the tougher it will be to be happy with the outcome and experience.

Also, given that you are a girl and so is your friend, it would be prudent to play it cool at first. If you go in with a wide open heart, you may be hurt if the other person does not reciprocate.
I'm going to guess you have a sense of humor, so I say just be your humorous and cool self and things will happen naturally.

Be yourself, women love a sensitive man, a genuine, attentive gentleman who still opens doors.... throw in a sense of humor and I would be sold :-)
