Not sure if any of this is exactly the same mind you, "not permanent. And to feel happy forever is unhealthy. "
No one is always happy. Life just has a rhythm...a flow to it. Remember you'll be happy again soon. And be proactive. Get out there and do something happy even if you're not quite feeling it. Sometimes that can turn things around. :)

Get your sleep, diet and exercise sorted. <br />
If this is a persistent problem then go to the docs to see what meds can help or maybe you need to change your meds
