I compliment my husband. It is usually something along the lines of his cooking or taking care of something. When he wears a suit for an important meeting, I will compliment him on the way he looks. I think he's hot. He looks great in a tux so I always compliment him when he wears one.

Yes I compliment my wife. It depends on what it is that catches my attention that determines what I will say to her. Sometimes it is her lovely smile, sometimes what she is wearing, sometimes it is her insight into a problem that I notice and compliment her on.
