I am being bullied by a woman at work and she's making my quiet life a misery. She's friends with the boses and has no qualms about lying. I am not the head of department. Infact no one is. She wants to be numero uno and to her I am a threat.

i dont even know if its true, but if it is i dont think its perplexing. girls dont play fight like boys do so they are less experienced dealing with problems in a physical way. they used to be taught to keep any feelings like that to themselves.

I agree with your primary question, but I am not sure the rest follows. I think you are attributing to all women the negative qualities of the few with whom you are having a problem.

Its a long story. Probably should have put it in the experience column. But the one woman- I worked with today. And Ooo. She's a demon in human form.
