Mild, medium, or hot hot hot?

some of the salsa they make these days feels like a billion suns burning endlessly in my mouth, feels like when you just finished a gigantic bag of hot cheetos and you ran out of koolaid like five minutes ago and your mouth is so hot that the drool just wont stop and its getting all over the place.

its not the good burn either, its fifty times hotter than the good burn.

that said im a medium kinda gal

I like mine medium. My lil bro likes it as hot as it comes and I am in disbelief sometimes that he can eat it so casually.

medium if hungry, hot if nibbling.
it's the throat factor, the aftereffect, that matters.
if it clears your sinuses in less than one minute, mix something else in it, before you get blisters.
