    Honestly...it's SOOOO COOL to experience...so sciency. I believe it will be a fad though.

    Yep, some of that equipment would be scary to have around, especially with children let alone "adults" LOL!

    The Basque country has some of the best chefs in molecular cuisine. It may be interesting to try but I suggest you eat something in advance , lol.

    I think it has a place as a party food, I doubt we will see it much at truckstops. :)
