Some up and down, mostly around how my husband is treating me. Sometimes its about how my son is doing. The ups are usually about hope.

Constantly changing up and down, sometimes within a few moments, sometimes a few days. If I'm lucky the up moods last longer than the down.

yea. i used to view it as up and down. now i'm gonna change that perspective because it seems to harm more than help.
