   I prefer morning one but after hitting the gym at eve I desperately need it too....
   So, basically both and some time even more...

   Shower in the morning to help wake me up and a relaxing soak in the bath followed by a quick shower in the evenings to unwind and relax.....aaaaahhhh.

   I usually shower twice a day, once at night and once in the morning. The one in the morning is quick and to the point to get ready for work. The one in the evening is a more relaxing one sometimes even a bath. I like the hot water running over my body and will even get creative with the removable shower head.

    Generally morning before work.
    But some circumstances do that I've a shower before some private 'action'... lol

    Night is usually better so you don't go to bed with dried sweat or unseen dirt.
