Tire yourself out during the day. You have to fall asleep eventually; you're not a robot.
Your body obviously thinks it's necessary for you to be awake so find out what's bothering you, fix it then sleep

Hi I think I suggest you do some exercise I do Zumba everyday and it makes me sleep because it makes me feel so tired. :)

Go for a long walk after dinner, then have a warm bath, cool the room, dim the lights, do not go on line after dinner on an evening. sleeping well includes making many changes, look up information on sleep hygiene, most people are very poor at doing the right things.

you get tired when your brain gets tired...do something repeatative, repeatative, repetative lol but it seriously works reading also works as it strains the eyes and makes you tired.
