Go for a long walk after dinner, then have a warm bath, cool the room, dim the lights, do not go on line after dinner on an evening. sleeping well includes making many changes, look up information on sleep hygiene, most people are very poor at doing the right things.

Hi I think I suggest you do some exercise I do Zumba everyday and it makes me sleep because it makes me feel so tired. :)
