Obviously your nether regions are sensitive, so that's not the answer I'm looking for.

The scar on my left knee after an operation underwent Surgical Wound Dehiscence and didn't heal properly so I eneded up with an infection in the wound which had to have the infected tissue removed. and then with a strong antibiotic cream the scar healed but has that section of the very sensitve to touch. I avoid touching it if I can. I had woman touch the scar and run their finger along it. I felt extremely violated by her actions. It freaks me out just thinking about it.

yikes...now that's sensitive...I hate when someone touches an old scar...it's very intrusive.

My whole body is but if I have to say a part then I would have to say my ears. It sends chills threw my whole body any time there touched or bit.
