Music is made by people who hold talent people who have what Christians and many other religious call a "Gift" That person is given something and should be respected for it. Somethings such as music help disabled people clam down. Sometimes it helps people in many other ways to it can also clam the soul. Comfort and relax a person to destroy music would be ignorant. Also a person what they make or listen to is all up to them and there own views. If someone religious doesn't like something they hear then that religious person should be respectful to the maker of the music but don't have to listen to it. Or can give there opinion respectfully...but to me music isn't bad or good because music is emotions feelings and experiences without getting that out or venting it would suck. If a child listens to a song that talks about weed i can all most bet 100% that child doesn't know what weed is. And that child's mother shoudn't be allowing that child to listen to the song about weed should they? But you can't keep all music away form everyone's ears forever the most you can do is teach and learn and respect.
If music is an abomination of God, what is Gospel music?
You beast! Havent you felt your heart swell with its majestuosity and your soul be liberated through its ethereal beauty? Music is the closest glimpse of eternity we have! God himself enjoys it so much that he commands us to sing praises to his name! <br />
I would find it hard to follow a god who despises spiritual and emotional beauty.
U can't burn down something that isn't tangible.
