He sounds really insecure. You know what they say, if someone is accusing you of cheating, maybe they are the one that is cheating. If you constantly have to prove your love to him, its not worth it.

Your first mistake was admitting to something you didn't do. All you did was make the situation worse. Now he has 'ammo'. But it sounds to me like he's just trying to find an excuse to leave you, making you the 'fall guy'

Good riddance!!! I'd have left him long ago if I were you. Lack of trust is a major red flag and a deal breaker in my book. I'd have given him one week to come to his senses. If he was still convinced that I lied after that period, I'd tell him good-bye jerk!!!
Do you think that he dropped by coincidentally that time he "caught" you cheating? Nope! He was driving around and keeping an eye on your place. When he noticed the extra car(s), he decided to say hello.
Whoa! No way would I ever allow him to move in with me after accusing me of cheating! Now he's trying to keep closer tabs on you. This is a form of control. I would never tolerate that!
But at least it all ended well. You're rid of him, I hope. He may come back to haunt or plead. DO NOT GO BACK TO HIM!!!
