(no i am not rolling over on it) just whenever i lay it does it and ive even tried sleeping with a wrist brace i cant rol my shoulders or hand to regain circulation ,. nothing helps but only time about 30- 45 min but lately it hasnt been going away as fast,.. does this sound like a pinched nerve,,, im only 23 so even tho ive done farm work, wreslting, boxing, mma, softball, and factory work could be carpal tunnel but still im 23 what do yall think

    i have they keep throwing pain pills my way,.. dont want pain meds,. i want a solution
