My BF is @ Marine's basic training in Camp Pendleton,I know he can't write any letters but can he receive them?

He told me he won't be able to write to anyone for 3 weeks. But I was wondering if I write him letters, will he get them in camp pendleton? I wrote the address to his platoon in San Diego.

    YES he can recieve them just takes longer
