Consulting with someone i wouldnt really consider cheating..but the fact that you said he actually cant stop thinking about her..that's kind of crossing the line. its a hard situation..i would either monitor it and wait for something exact to be said so you could call him out on it..or if it is bothering you that much i would say something right away..you havent done anything wrong, and now he is building another emotional relationship with someone online...it's just as bad as a physical one, if not worse.

it depends. Is he completely honest with you about what they are corresponding about? Or is he keeping it hidden from you? If he's not being honest with what he's talking to her about, then most likely, there is something more there.

tough one. ask him about it. see how he reacts. if he acts guilty, probably. there is such a thing as emotional cheating.

If that's the case, I'd tell him to knock it off. You can figure out your own health problems yourself.

If he is talking to this woman about his OWN health, then I'm sorry, but it sounds like he wants to become a female.

he could be talking about ur relationship. if you can live with it stay if not talk to him , iam not sure if hes really cheating unless hes going to met her in person and you find things in your car like underware thats a real clue run leave him. just talk to him if he gets really pissed whats he hidding , will he let you watch him type on line to her? if yes then things may be ok but if not just keep watching him if hes really cheating on you he will leave enough of a trail or clues time will really tell if he is. if he comes home with make up on might be cheating
