Yes it helps to use it and not let it degrade into "yur" and other text slang. Nice use of "too" which is a common mistake around here.

hes not worth it
i had a bad breakup
learn to value yourself
spend time with your friends
take up new interests and hobbies
read a new book
try to listen to new music
enjoy life
then when u feel ready find someone else
life is so much better when u dont have to rely on somebody who treats u like a doormat
