I don't know enough about you both to tell you to move on, but I will say if he isn't willing to have a long sit-down talk about marriage plans, that's a huge red flag warning you not to get married. You didn't ask him, he proposed to you and you accepted. You deserve to know if he was for real or not and if he was, he should be excited and making plans (at least to some extent, women generally do more of the wedding planning and that's fine) with you. If you're really in love with each other and he says he wants to get married someday but needs time, that's fine. But he should at least communicate some kind of time table to you so that you can discuss it and come to a decision that you're both able to live happily with.
