That depends on the reasons behind his cheating. Did he do it because he does not value his relationship with you and seeks personal satisfaction where ever he can find it, or did he do it because he has no self-control and is weak-minded? Weak people with the best of intentions will repeatedly fail. If he truly values his relationship with you and wants to keep it, he needs help from a mentor, of sorts, on how to be a strong, mature and disciplined man. Animals are slaves to their impulses and baser instincts, but mankind has the ability (and the duty) to rule over his.

I'm going through the same exact thing. You might feel dump for taking him back but there is a possibility that he won't do it again and will learn from his mistakes if he truly loves you. Time will tell you every thing you need to know. If he cheats again then its time to let him go and put yourself first.

Run... He will always have an excuse. You are worth so much more than to be treated like this!

That's a no-brainer, hun. Kick him to the curb. Clearly his feelings for you aren't as strong as yours to him. You're wasting your time with him. Find someone who respects you.
