I have had the same thing happen to me. My hubby always think that I'm cheating on him because of a dream. This may a insecurity he's having.

Sounds like he has trust issues with you... talk it over with him and figure out why he feels this way. Is it all in his head or are you being secretive?

He cares enough about you that he does not want to lose you. Be glad, he is not having dreams about other women....that you know of.

There are often ways to convey wt u want to say to ur gf/bf without hurting
This signifies that ur bf loves u a lot and just is giving u a hint of his passion and luv for u
