My boyfriend makes me nauseous, why?

I have a great boyfriend that I love :-) but, when he texts me I get really nervous and feel nauseous. I'm 25, and have been in love before. But, only this guy makes me sick. I feel really strongly about him. Is it normal to get nervous and nauseous around someone you're in love with? I don't have a bad feeling about him, I just feel strong feelings of love toward him..and i get nervous.

Only you know why you get nervous. Is it because you don't think he feels the same? What are your thoughts when your body is nervous and nauseous? Your bodies reaction could just be unnecessary anxiety or could be strong intuition.

I used to get like that about my partner, we had a long distance relationship at first and I used to feel sick when we were meeting up.... sounds like you got the love bug.
