Vigorous exercise. You just need your blood pumping back up into your brain. Exercise will do it. :)

Some reading, even of the light variety, would help. So would some intelligent conversation.
Challenge yourself to learn something new every day and apply that knowledge the next day. I also recommend exploring a new idea and thought every month.
