are you sure its a male cat, because female cats unless bred will continue to cry and scream. cats don't come out of heat unless they are bred.

male and female cats look a the same unless you know what your looking for until the male cats balls drop. if its male you need to look at getting it to the vet or turning the cat over to a shelter or someone who can find a way to afford the vet care to see what is going on.Like (1)

He's probably lonely if there isn't anything else wrong with him. Have you had him to the vet?
