My co-worker's 12 year old son is dating my 16 year old daughter. I need alot of help. I don't know what to do.

I explained to my 16 year old daughter, Kristin, that my co-worker's 12 year old son, Connor, is too young for her to date, but she won't listen. And this is my co-worker's son I'm talking about. "She loves him like her little brother" she says. I understand that she has compassion for him, but to take it too far is just worrying me. They went out one night and I didn't know about it until later from my co-worker (Connor's mom). Kristin lied to me that she was going out with her "friends". That was when I put the pieces together and found out that they're in a relationship. This is really unacceptible and I think she should be dating someone her own age, and I'm afraid that the boy might give her STD if they take it to a physical level. I'm afraid this may affect my job and my co-worker's. I knew her for a very long time and as a mother, I don't want to loose my daughter to her when she goes past her limits and thinks she can do whatever she wants.

Yeah, that's probably exactly what Mr. and Mrs. Bin Laden used to say about young Usama and his strange group of school friends.
