your depression has left you with a completely skewed view of reality. there's always someone to listen.
commit to helping someone else at least once a day whether you feel like it or not. after you've managed to do that for two weeks running, re-assess. it's not "just" anything. get out of your own head and into the world.
find help. find somewhere to go every day where there's someone to talk to. tell your family. tell your doctor.
be more forceful in your requests for assistance. they clearly don't understand the depth of the problem.

What?! Oh please, get a grip. Listen to yourself. If you are not willing to listen to you, why would you expect anybody else to? You need to be your own best friend.

Try therapy or medication (if you don't want to try a therapist).<br />
