rippling muscle contractions in an eyelid can be triggered by:

* Stress
* Tiredness
* Eye strain
* Caffeine
* Alcohol
* Dry eyes
* Nutritional imbalances
* Allergies


I think I have all of these.

    Well there are many solutions... quit the preventable things on the list, then take the max dosage of valerian root
