I thought Manchester was supposed to be on par with Detroit - very industrial. Is this true? Doesn't sound like a dream vacation.

faint severe illness or take a rain jacket along w/you.Btw I have been to England and it doesn't rain that much.Miami probably gets more rain than London or Manchester.
