epistaxis causes you to bleed to death i read about another case of epistaxis death a month ago out of dozens i've read so its very serious and also epistaxis is very difficult to treat because it just keeps rupturing and pouring out

i know it may sound like im a hypochondriac but im a hemophobiac too

    Calm down...death from epistaxis aka nosebleed is rare..
    Just tell him to see a doctor and take medicies, wash his face & head with cold water etc..
    Also tell him to avoid hot and spicy food.
